The KEMTRON 1500HD2 has one of the highest rated hydraulic cleaning capacity with an impressive 1,500 gallons per minute (gpm)(95 lps) flow rate compared to other systems on the market with optional configurations to provide up to 3,000 gpm (189 lps) cleaning capacity. Two dual-deck scalping shakers, each with 56 sq. ft. of screening surface, provide for substantially more cleaning capacity when dealing with large bores. Optional configurations can include as many as three scapling shakers.
Shaker performance is further enhanced with a single-point gear-driven jacking system allowing the operator to adjust deck inclination as needed without tools or system shutdown. High /low level tank sensors turn pumps on and off to protect from running dry and tank overload. In addition, Elgin manufactures a complete line of composite shaker screens fully compliant to API standards that are lighter in weight and longer-lasting than traditional metal framed screens.
Elgin’s packaged fluid reclaimers are the only systems on the market to feature ‘Smart-Panel’ technology. With a built-in Wi-Fi network, the operator can control/monitor the complete system remotely from a computer, smart phone or tablet. Auto pump operation with interlocks, hydrocyclone and hopper pressure monitoring, maintenance reminders, and data logging are just a few of the features associated with Elgin’s ‘Smart-Panel’ technology. Most importantly, Elgin’s ‘Smart Panel’ provides for the lowest cost operator oversight of any reclaimer in the industry.
