As global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, we’re doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimising the disruptions to our day-to day operations.
The health, safety and well-being of our staff, customers, Suppliers and the community are our top priority, and we’re continuing to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic very closely.
To help keep our workplace safe please adhere to the following instructions regarding in-store purchasing and pick up.
- If you need to purchase goods in store, please call ahead (07 55371 366 or text 0403 187 873 (QLD) or 0433 286 136 (VIC)) to place your order so that goods can be pre-packed and waiting for you on arrival. If pre-payment is needed please organise prior to pickup by either proof of bank transfer or credit card payment over the phone.
- All orders are to be picked up from the allocated pick up zones which will be clearly marked
- Please keep behind any barriers that have been installed and maintain a safe social distance for the safety of our employees and your own safety.
- Please adhere to any instructions that have been posted in the warehouse prior to entry
QDS is currently still operating and we are committed to providing a high level of customer service. Whilst we are not currently anticipating any supply issues and are well stocked, the strength of the AUD is currently unpredictable and therefore any new goods that need to be ordered from our international suppliers will be priced out accordingly.
The impact on international and domestic logistics may also cause some delivery delays however we hope to move your items as quickly as possible.
We are continuing to monitor the advice provided by the Federal Government on Australia’s response to the escalating situation associated with COVID -19, as well as monitoring international developments. We will keep you updated with any further changes going forward.
